This address in a small Midwestern factory town was the launching pad for a life that has been messy, painful, Catholic, overseas, underpaid, in denial, in recovery, coming out, standing up, increasing glorious (if flawed), and under construction for over 50 years.

Thanks for posting this! And the little vid of Ann's comedy routine that you posted--we have already incorporated, "Close, but no cigar" into our repertoire here.

I also have the I miss Ann moments and come to visit her. Thank you for keeping these bits of Ann.

For all of you that see this, you should know that the sliver of red on the far left is the garage, where kids like me spent many nights in the fall of our high school days building floats for the annual M&M homecoming parade. Ann and her family opened their home to us and, while I agree with most everything she says about growing up in Marinette, we also has a lot of fun. I learned today of Ann's passing. My wife, Richelle, knew her very well in childhood, which included skating every night at Higley Field during the winter. Thansk to all of you who have posted here. it's helped me catch up on a freind that I had lost touch with.

I was so sorry to hear about Ann.Ann was one of my first friends when I moved to Marinette in 1967. I remember the house well(although it is no longer there).I remember how her and her mom called me D.J. I was very happy that she had made it to our last class reunion. I will remember her fondly and with much love.
Sincerely, Renee Disjardin Delfosse
